    he was a low rank'd male ... and she was the only female around so yah ...
    thanks though ... anybody know any neat sites i can look up more info on gerbils?

    I am also interested in trying to breed gerbils if anyone has any info. Does the male eat the babies, do you have to separate? Thanks!

    the 1.2 produces like clockwork...one litter every 3-4 weeks

    1.1 produces a litter every 2-3 months.
