How is your BP's feeding response?

mine eat well but their known to be picky eaters..

I have a number of them..some have great feeding responses most of the time, some ..okay..some very poor but eat when they want, so still healthy..guess they are all different ;)

I have 11 snakes, which includes, 8 ball pythons, 2 corn snakes, and a colombian red tail boa. The boa used to have a feeding problem, which is why she is so small, but is now eating once a week. I will soon be moving her to rat weans. The ball pythons are pretty much good eaters, especially now that I've switched everyone to f/t. I have 2 ball pythons that will occasionally refuse but the rest have actually shows a more aggressive feeding response since the switch. Both corn snakes have never skipped a meal.

I have 42. Only one problem feeder, a handful of fussbudgets who usually eat, but will occasionally go off for a few weeks sporadically, a handful more that are shy, but will eat regularly if not disturbed beforehand, and the rest are chowhounds.
I have a few girls who you have to be cautious of when feeding, as they'll come right out of the bin looking for any sign of movement--have to keep head and limbs clear when feeding them. lol

I have 5 bps, 4 of which are fantastic feeders. One had a difficult time switching to F/T. We figured out a system now. He will move to his rock at night, and I can only feed him in this particular rock (won't eat from humid hide). When he strikes, I wiggle the mouse/rat around and gradually slow it down to give the impression that he killed it. He's the only one who has had this issue! :rolleyes:

we had our 1st feeding last night with my new snakes and they are awesome! very hungry little guys!

Female pastel: eats F/T everytime with a big strike

male pin: eats F/T most times but refuses when blue or near blue, mostly big strikes but sometimes I need to leave the rat in there for a while

male normal: ate great for a year, now hasn't eaten in 14 months

I've had my adult BP for 3-4 months, she has proven to be a total pig thus far. Hasn't missed a single meal. I suspect she would continue to eat everything offered until she burst :P

Could have something to do with the fact that she's been neglected for a huge portion of her life...

Ive got a 300g male that ate 4 nights ago, ate last night, and seems hungry again today. I guess adult mice and rat pups arent enough for him?

my male albino eats and strikes great! and after he takes it down he just looks at me with his huge bulge asking if "thats it??"

my female het is a different story...its as if she's scared of the rat, if i hold it really still, she'll put her nose to it for like 2 minutes but never strike, and if i move even a little, she runs and hides into a ball! If i leave the rat in with her and put the tub back into the rack with the lights off she'll eat it within 5 minutes but i noticed she doesn't even constrict it!!?

what can i do to fix this?
