I bought her around that time and the owner had no idea she was even gravid. She laid eggs the day before I came to get her, so she is completely removed from the old egg environment, and based off of info from BP.net I washed her of the scent. She strikes at feeders the whole time but never coils. Ive tried the whole scale of rats down to weanlings (she's a BIIIIG female, im guesstimating 1500gm+) and she wont take.

Obviously I could be wrong, but her striking without coiling sounds like a defensive strike to me. The fact that she laid eggs and then moved environments could definitely cause stress. What confuses me is that this all happend in April. I'd think she'd be adjusted by now.
You said that the previous owner is going to give you ASF scented rats and then ASFs if that doesn't work. What was this snake eating for the previous owner?
Re: How long after laying eggs should I feed?
I recently had a female lay eggs and ate a small rat the next day, followed with a medium rat three days later.
