A really great site for all things weight lifting is www.t-nation.com, they have a ridiculous amount of articles on programs, nutrition and the such.

Unfortunately college has made me lazy and I'm just getting back into lifting. 2 summers ago(after my senior year of HS), I was an animal, 6'3 225 lb at around 12% BF and I went the other day to get my BF tested and I was at almost 25%! Luckily, I have nothing to do this summer other than workout and work and I work at our campus rec center, so no excuses about not wanting to drive there or anything of the sort.

DBD, I've never had any good experiences with muscletech(the brand that makes nitro-tech) and try to stay away from it. Just a heads up that you may not be getting your $ out of it.

I'm deffinately a gym rat,I lift religiously. I also train in jiu jitsu and mma.
I second the muscletech crap. I wouldnt waste my money on that junk. Most of the supplements on the market are junk. Pro Complex in my opinion is a great protein.

Muscletech sucks.... I've tried almost everything from them at some point. There's much better products on the market.

Not only the prices, but the claims made about the products. They may as well say, "Look like Jay Cutler(google image search him) in less than a month."

I'll have to say, that for protien poweder, This stuff called MaxProtien is my favorite. It tastes soooo good and is pretty clean. The only thing is that it's pretty expensive and I can only find it at GNC : (. So I can only get it while its on sale.

In between sales i'll do the walmart protien and what ever deals I can find on bodybuilding.com.

The good thing about BB.com is that you can use their come back 10% off thing any time. For protein powder, try Optimum Nutrition Whey...The chocolate tastes good and it mixes pretty easily.
