That is actually something I'd more than likely do. There is a little town half way, leaving me with 7 miles to ride. :gj:

There isn't a way to work without going on a long country road, so it's pretty much a road bike, or converted cheap mountain bike (with road wheels, fender and rack for me.) :)
As for the shower sweat thing, got that one figured out too. Those commuter sites are full of tips and tricks, and I do have a shower at work if I wanted to use it. :D
