I don't think its an RI. Sometimes they can get startled when you first pick them up. Sometimes it could be a little bit of stuck shed in the nostril. You don't always need to assume the worst.
I would keep an eye on it. If you notice more loud breathing, mucous around the nose and mouth, then see a vet.
