I have 2 hides - both pretty tight... she stays in them all day.
You know, before I put the branches in the cage she would climb up the walls and fall over all the time... now she climbs on the logs for the most part and seems to lower herself rather gracefully to the floor....

I doubt any of Raul's snakes are trying to escape thier setup's, if they feel secure and tucked in they wont feel like they need to escape. If they have nice tight hides, comfy temp gradient and a steady supply of food why escape? Raul has been pretty successful in my book:gj:

i have a few that think they're GTP's. my branches are mounted, and can't move. These are my displays as well, no branches in tubs. The animals are happy, eat like pigs, and like to perch on a branch nightly (if not digesting). I've never seen one fall, there's plenty for them to "hang on" to. I think they're like people. some are normal, and will follow the rules, and some are just weirdos.... :p

My BP is a climber too. He never falls and likes to cruise around and hang out. I think he's having an identity crisis. LOL He doesn't seem stressed and is happy.
