    Ok thank you so much. Also, I don't want to use my heat lamp anymore. I see some of your pictures of your enclosure before. Do you have a UTH sticking horizontally or vertically on the side of your tank? I'm thinking about doing that instead. :/

    The UTH goes UNDER the tank, with the tank raised up on little feet to give the proper air circulation. Putting them on the sides is all but useless.

    I have one UTH pad on each end of my tanks, since Colorado is a rather cold place. Each end (warm or cool) is controlled by its own thermostat. The UTHs plus the insulation are enough to hold the temperatures right where they need to be.
