Are you certain? - because this really does look like a scar. :weirdface

It looks like the shape of the scales is distorted which is fairly common in scars but not in pigment patches.

It might just be the angle of the shot so can we get some more close up pics?

Its pigment, it only tips some scales and has stripped or spotted on some other spots. It looks wrinkled because of how he's coiled. The coloration is in patches on both sides of his body

OMGoodness! I totally didn't see her tail becuase of the white sheet. I was like, "whoa that's a funny looking tail, should have called him Stumpy." :rofl: He's gorgeous though!

I don't get very lucky with the cool patterns on my snakes, so I was happy to find this.

I'll get a better picture up if I can find my camera cord, but if you look at the spots along his spine and find the first two with a black dot in them, those are the eyes of the clown. The tan splotch between them without a black dot is the nose, and right underneith the nose is a longer splotch with a funny oblong black mark for a mouth. Depending on the way he is coiled, it looks like a happy or sad clown! I'll get a different pic later
