Considering a Corn

I was bit by my corn the first day I got her. She couldn't have been more than two months old, and I didn't even feel it, but there she was chewing on my palm while i was holding her.

I've never met one of these nippy corns I read about, and I've handled my fair share of hatchlings.

An interesting note about larger corn snake handling: Every single one over 5 foot that I have held all attempted to crawl through T-shirt armholes. Anyone else have corn snakes who are shirt-hiders?

Both of my corns will either go in my tshirt arm holes or in my sweater sleeves when I hold them. My girlfriends kingsnake does the same thing.

Mine only get nippy when they are in shed. Alot of snakes are though because they can't see well. My go into a wierd "I'm a rattler" stage during the shed but that soon passes. I keep mine on paper towels.
