    Best thing you can do...

Start with a healthy robust breeding stock from a proven line.

    That simple. :)

I like to throw in a handful of sunflower seeds. Lots of protein and fat.

    no vits for snakes.

My best advice is Keep mice... I did mice...had GREAT production and size...went to rats... bad experiance...asfs...worse experiance out of them all....and now im back to mice and happy:)

    Really, just leave them alone.

If you want huge mice, let them go. no joke...A HOPPER mouse not even weaned got out once when I dropped him cleaning and now hes freaken twice the size of his siblings somehow when I see him.

Agreed. Mice take alil more patience than rats but all in all no complaints with either of them.

thats my observation too but i think that giving them unhealthy fatty foods and will be eaten by my snake leo and birds isnt really nice. but ill try anyway since i love experimenting. ill try to feed my mice more cheese, bread, sardines, raw fish and see what happens. how about steroids? would you use one for your mouse?

I feed all my rodents Mzauri 9f. They grow 10 times faster and bigger litters than eating the garbage seed mix or store bought bags.

I just weaned a litter of mice at 3 week olds and they all topped the scale each at 20-25grams, FOR ONLY 3 WEEKS OLD.

my rats grow very fast. I cant wait for them to get to small rat size as by the 3rd or 4th week their already touching 60grams.
