    He ate 2 nites ago! I covered the front of the tank with a dark towel and had the lights down. It made me a little uneasy not to be able to supervise the feeding but it was a weaned rat...very small (I never want to underestimate a frightened prey item though)
    He was in a tub until 2 months ago, I guess he just didn't feel safe because the glass makes the enclosure so "open". The towel did the trick!
    Today I took him out to weigh him today and was suprised that he's in blue... Should get a shed and a poop soon and we'll be back on schedule with feeding!!

    My normal male stopped eating for 2 months. I offered him a live adult mouse last week and he took it. I would suggest offering a live adult mouse, they are much more fast moving than rat pups, not to mention smelly!
