Yes. The person receiving the money has to have a paypal account.

Your paypal account is linked to your e-mail address. So, when I say "Hey, I'm sending you $15, I need your e-mail address".

I log into Paypal, click "Send Money", I put in your e-mail address, and I type in $15, and I click "send". That is all.

Also get quotes from ups.com usps.com and fedex.com I have found usps being cheaper in most cases. I do the click and ship for a flat rate box and its $9 and some change.

Cheap plug here, but using our site, ShipYourReptiles.com, you can save up to 30% on your shipping. It will be significantly cheaper than the UPS Store, and like paypal, you can do it right from your computer.

You dont have to have a paypal account if your the buyer. Like me for instance. I can send someone a bill via Email by using paypal. When they get the email they get the option to pay with a credit card. They give the credit card info to paypal and the money gets deposited into my paypal account.
Paypal does charge for their services though. A small percentage for piece of mind.
