My 2 ball pythons eat anything now. Frozen Thawed, Fresh Killed, Live, Rats, Mice, whatever. When I bought my Albino the breeder said it will only take live rat pups. But soon switched it over. The way I did it and had luck is....If it is currently feeding on live rats. Get a live rat and let it hang out in the feeding box where your going to feed your snake for about 20 minutes then take it out and put your snake in the box. Then put a screen over the top of the box and put your rat on top of it and let it walk around on it for about 5 minutes. You'll see your snake get very interested. Then kill your Rat and feed it hanging it by the tail and moving it around. Next time have a Rat frozen/thawed and replace the fresh killed with that.....and it will take it.
