    Hi,

Could it be rubbing against something rough in her enclosure or trying to escape through a tight spot taking the scales off?

Hasn't she been "escaping" a lot? Its probably her scales getting rubbed off from squeezing through tight spaces.

    Take her to the vet.

I had this happen to my bp a couple of months ago. Mine was more in streaks than patches though, so it wasn't like she was missing a spot of protection, just like they were overstretched a little as if she were swallowing big prey. It came about a little while after a shed, and it fixed itself after her next shed.

Like I said, your case looks a lot more severe than mine was, so maybe a vet visit is in order.

I personally would get that checked out right away. Her whole neck area before the white scaleless area does not look right. It could be a number of things.

check out these links to find a reptile vet in your area.
