    totally agree, the first time my girlfriend held my BP she was os nervous she was shakingand you could see Monty's head bobbing this way and that lol

    lol. We were feeding fuzzies, now we've switched to something bigger. I kept reaching into the pet store box trying to grab the mouse, but I jumped everytime she jumped. My boyfriend thought i was crazy. I have no problem with the bp, but the mouse makes me jump. lol.

    I have a rat in my rack that tries to bite me every time i go to pick it up.... i cant wait till my BP eats that thing.

    That's pretty much exactly what I was going to say.

    Good job on the successful handling session Bobbi! I'm sure you'll soon find yourself looking back thinking how silly you were to be wearing gloves, but in the meantime, don't be embarrassed to use them until you feel comfortable without them. It is better for both you & the snake if you feel calm & confident.

    Agreed, getting bit by a snake is nothing compared to a rat or mouse bit.

    lol ya i know im a newb :) i didnt exactly plan on having a snake, he kinda came to me by accident.. long story hehe,
    you should all be proud i picked him up without the gloves today and wasnt at all shakey. i think we're going to have a pretty good relationship afterall, lol
