i have to get Certified to ship repitle with UPS??

I have recieved probably about a 100 packages from FedEx in my lifetime, all in perfect or near perfect condition. I have received probably about 3 dozen packages from UPS, and all but a couple were absolutely demolished. I recently had my Xbox 360 returned from a repair order, and I could see the console through the box as the delivery guy was coming up the stairs. Our box from RBI was pretty beat up too. Nothing inside has ever been damaged, but the process was far too rough for me to ever consider using UPS for live animals, unless they turn themselves around.
