That's not a very good rule of thumb. If I fill my bath tub with a 5% bleach solution it smells up the whole room and joining hallway, where I'm sure a half pint of a 20% solution wouldn't smell from a distance. A good rule of thumb it to use a 5%-10% solution. :gj:
