    I love South Carolina's fishing. We have the Santee-Cooper lake system, which has outstanding fishing for cats and bream(world record bream caught here...over 5 lb) as well as tons of huge catfish. We also have very good saltwater fishing with Mahi-Mahi being verry plentiful of the coast.

    It's a done deal! 25 lb isn't even THAT big, though I haven't hit that mark yet. I know a guy who hit many 40+, a few 50+ and one 60+ flat last open water season. I've never been out fishing for wahoo, but man they look FAST and TASTY!

    I'm hoping to hit up the Red River sometime in the next year or two for channel catting, regularly hitting the 15-20 lb mark throughout a day on the water.

    yeah, they are fast... the last wahoo I caught burned my thumb and destroyed my penn reel. I got him tho! Some of the best meat you will ever have. I have a soft spot for catfish tho...
