    Pulled pork and beef brisket are two of my favorite foods. I built a smoker a few years ao out of a giant terra cotta pot, and I use it as much as I can for pork, ribs, chicken and whole fish. There's nothing like a fresh white fish or rainbow trout smoked to perfection.

    i don't have the DVD but i do have the BBQ bible and some other books as well... my favorite is 'how to grill'. his second book i think....

    Texas style brisket all the way!!!! There's a little place down in Abilene called Joe Allen's...best brisket I've ever eaten. So good you'll slap yo' Mama!

    Oh lord... I'm starving. I love to cook pork until it falls apart.
    I'll even slow bake a ham until it comes apart(add water so it never gets dry.. omg...) and turns itself into something I'll eat before candy.

    I have never been to a real southern BBQ.

    The few times I have gone down that way I have meant to have real BBQ but never have. :(

    Now I can taste it... I may need to DL and Google a few of those recipes and authors and do my best when if warms up!
