hmmmm. well i think a waterfall is in order for my little guy so the humidity stays at a constant %.... should i put the humidity gage lower on the glass or get a diffferent humidity gage that may be a little more accurate

We use a waterfall in our aquarium and it helps a bit, but we still mist occasionally. If you would like to put in a waterfall you don't have to buy one. We made one with a aquarium water pump, and a ceramic budda head. We drilled a hole at the top of the head, fed the tubing threw the hole and secured it with scilicone. You can use anything for the waterfall, you don't have to use a head. haha. It's just a suggestion.

Good luck with the waterfall. :gj:

PS. Our humidity guage is midway up the back of the tank. Oh and one more thing make sure if you buy something ceramic that it doesn't have lead in it.

You should get a digital gauge if you don't have one already.

You have room in your ball tank for a waterfall?
I put a small pond in my basement to keep the humidity up. Its about a 75 gallon tub with a pump and water spout in the middle. its working great and all my sheds are perfect now.

What kind of humidity gauge are you using? If its the dial ones most likely its not reading right anyways. The digital ones are the way to go. You can pic up an acurite for 12 bucks at walmart
