I would really not worry that much, I know I did once but I've gotten to where I know they will start sometime. I've got an adult het pied that hasn't eatten since I've had him. Thats makes over five months.

6-12qt tub, small 4-6" clay/plastic planter saucer, water bowl on other side. Temps 94-95 warm side, 83-85 cool side, leave her completely alone for a week to a week and a half and keep her in a dark area such as the bottom of a closet. Do not mess with her.

After the week is up, pre-scent the room with a live mouse hopper or small adult mouse. Stick it in a critter keeper next to the snake's tub for 30 minutes or so. Keep the room dark.

If you notice her sticking her head out of the hide, drop the mouse in. If she's not, wait another week.

If she is lurking, open the tub, drop the mouse in by the water bowl, close the tub, turn the lights off and LEAVE THE ROOM. Wait 30 minutes to an hour and go check on her. Don't jostle the tub too much.

This is what generally works for me when I have a little one who decides he/she is shy. They eventually get the point that no, I actually won't eat them... LOL

Has she had her first vet checkup? I am a firm believer in new snakes going to vet for establishment of care. If protozoa are the culprit (very common...nothing to be alarmed about), you would be amazed at what a dose of Flagyl does for the appetite :)

Oh yeah....and what everybody else said, too!
