Worry or not?

I don't know if its a spur, and i can't move it.

He said is flat and part of the scale so it is not a spur.

To me it looks to be a completely normal scale and looks to be part of the pattern.

YEah I dont see anything but a normal looking bunch of scales with a normal pattern to me, maybe a better pic?
