I just use natural lighting.Temps stay mid 70's cool side and mid 80's warm side with a small UTH at about half power.

Yeah,my girl is about the same size yours. She sits still pretty good in my hands most of the time.

yea im just not sure if mines a male/female. the guy i got mine from owed me some money, and that was all he had. i just hope mine starts to stay still and stop moving around so much. lol. like when i hold my anaconda she wraps around and basically lays down and chills with long slow tongue flicks, unlike my hognose who wonders around.

sorry about the bad pic, the little booger wouldnt stay still, im not sure if its a male/female but its very nice, im working on getting it un-head shy but its never puffed or hissed or played dead or anything on me, im assuming its just a regular hognose. i sold my digital camera so i had to use my camera phone.

thank you! this pick, right here might allow me to get a hognose after all. My wife is afraid of snakes and i showed her this pic and she was like "Ahhhh its so cute! how big do they get?"

yeah i've been doing research on them for a couple months now. the hard part was convincing the wife to let me get one. they seem to be the best bet for a first time snake owner and they are more suited to the area where i live. plus i think they are so cute looking!

They're neat, mines really calm, never hisses or anything, I don't think i'm going to keep her though. I wanted another snake, and she was given to me because a friend owed me money. I should be coming across 1 of 2 snakes I've wanted for some time now, so I will be selling mine, most likely anyways.
