    i have the same exact rack with very similar room temp and i had no clue that i could be possibly freezing my snakes. I had my Helix set at 94 and whenever i touched their warm hides, it was warm but not 90 + degrees warm and the cool side was in the low 70's!!!. I really didn't think it was much of a problem because they ate and shed perfectly the entire time but now i'm re-thinking of setting the thermo to a higher setting. Opinions please

    If your at low 70's on the cool side I would up the temps. I don't have a herpstat yet but ones on the way:). --Josh
