    get rid of th tank buy a sealed enclosure i built one and i never have to mist but once a week if that and humidity stays around 60 day and 70 at night thats with coconut husk/fiber

    That is certainly an alternative but if someone told me to get rid of my tanks which work and look very good, I would be insulted. There is always the option of getting a more impermeable enclosure, but he doesn't have to ditch the tanks to make his husbandry work.

    I think your gauges need to be updated to digital before you will even know if your humidity has been 60. I had an analogue gauge when I first got my bp, and I couldn't figure out why he was shedding so badly. The gauge was off by more than 20%.
