It was 30's today, and felt like a beautiful oasis beaming down on us!!! It's true Aslan has returned to Michigan. :love:

I came to L.A. 22 years ago for a couple of weeks from N.Y. It was Feb. and it was in the mid 80's.
Needless to say I never went back (only to visit). I had enough winter for a lifetime. We had a BBQ for the Superbowl at my friends house today. It was in the 80's, but if you want to ski you drive up to the mountains a couple of hours away. Try that anywhere else.
Gotta love Southern Cali:)

These are from last year, but pics from my window the morning of the Reptile Expo in Montreal this past MARCH (yes, March)... I brough home 3 snakes and a trio of ASFs in that weather. Took me two trains, 3 cabs, and about 2 kms on foot to get there and back. *shudder*
