    i never knew pillow cases were a cause of suffocation...their not air tight are they??? maybe i jus buy cheap ones...maybe super expensive ones will suffocate em, but why would they make a air tight pillow case??jus as a safety precaution they should not make air tight pillow cases...

    Hi,

    The very high threadcount ones still aren't airtight - but when you fill the gaps between the fibres with water by soaking it then the airflow is definately reduced.

    I've never spoken to anyone who has had a snake die from it but I'm all for avoiding possible problems when I can.
