    looks like i came in to late. yeah the ICU you did was fine. but once they start curling their legs it's very difficult to try and "revive them".

    Darn, I got here too late. They needed water. They needed to be placed right on top of a shallow dish (something like a snapple bottle cap) of water. It is important that you don't get the back end in water, only the front end (carapace) as the back end or abdomin contains what's called the booklungs and that is how they breath. They were dehydrated and putting them under hot lights only dehydrates them more. Raising the relative humidity wouldn't have helped in this case, they needed a drink of water. In extreme cases, I would take a really dehydrated spider, flip it over and use a water dropper to gently drop water directly into the "hairy" looking spot below (not underneath, but below) the fangs. But you have to know how to cup spiders in your hand without hurting them. Arachnoboards is really really helpful for this kind of stuff.

    Oh, and if their booties are big, then they definately don't need the crickets, that'll just stress them more, get them to the water dish....
