    My corns - juvi and full adult - only constrict when I play 'tug-o-war' with the mouse after they've grabbed it. Sometimes, like now due to overstock of mice, they get PK instead of FT and seem to be more inclined to constrict then... but not always.

    To be safe, once a corn is on fuzzies I try to switch them to FT so the constricting issue is never a serious worry. :)

    no need to stun it, just pluck it in the head to knock it out, or hit it against something then feed it to the snake. ill have to watch a corn eat one of these days, it sounds intresting. my anaconda owns live prey.

    I only feed FT to my garbage disposals... I mean colubrids, for exactly this reason.

    Just have to hear a rat pup mewing after it is long swallowed to never want to hear that again.
