There are also reptile cages that offer the best of all worlds: awesome display but with enough security, and holds heat and humidity very well :gj:
I have reptile cages and tubs and, in all honesty, I like the cages much better. I also think that the snakes in the cages like the roaming room and the thermoregulation opportunities that tubs do not offer as much of.
I think the cages are great, but some of us are on a budget. ^_^

Ahahaha. Too funny. I want to save up the cash to pick up a larger rack, though. And some more balls. Darn. Could I borrow 5k from someone?

Awesome, lots of thanks to those who posted =D
I'll probably browse around town and check the prices for tubs and cages.
The problem is I don't really wanna spend $200-300 on a cage, to then go out and spend even more on one later on, but then maybe I was looking at the wrong type is why the one I saw was so expensive... But we'll see, I'll browse tomorrow :)

I have 6 of the 3x2x1 cages from Reptile Basics. They are terrific and will last for the life of the ball python; male or female :)
