    we also use a powder called Vircon, it comes in a small packet and is mixed with one gallon of water. It is supposed to kill everything.

    So after cleaning one of these mixtures, are we supposed to use water to get rid of any residue?

    It can't hurt.. just don't want the cage to smell like cleaner.
