The banana is a form of Tiger (base morph tiger, not combo tiger). European line tiger that is recessive.

High gold, reduced pattern, and banded recessive. Really sharp snakes.

The person listed it as Banana?... stating that it isn`t proven. He would have to prove it genetic, recessive and compatible first.

Ahhhh, thanks for the correction. Can't keep all these names straight! And now we have another "banana" flavor in the mix, huh?

The person from Europe that sells what he calls "Banana" is
    www.ballpythons.de
I have see the ads from them for a long time on Kingsnake and they have been selling on there for several years. I remember seeing them selling what they call "Banana" for atleast a couple of years now. They also appear to do alot of African imports and try to market "New Morphs" out of what they get.

I just went to their page and it redirects to a new page called M&S Reptilien but I believe it is the same people with a makeover.

That's where I got my snakes from, the owner is a great guy, he has even written the standard german BP book. Basically he's our version of Kevin McCurley. :) The Banana has been around a few years, and like others said, it's a reduced pattern morph.

Yup, he's well known and well respected in ball python circles. I've seen him at Daytona in past years (he don't believe that he vended this year) and he has had the European banana's available for sale, and I would have loved to have been able to afford one! He always has cool new stuff on his table and available at his site.

I know someone who has a CH ball python I passed on two years ago in Daytona, who believes that it very well may be genetically the same as the Euro banana - dang it! :P
