Mice babies seem to make noises all night long, rats are not so bad but still do it!

my asf's don't make much noise in the daytime, but all night long, chew chew, squeak squeak. I couldn't sleep in the same room, they are currently in the bathroom, soon to get their own room. And I only have 10.

I guess you will have to expect quite a lot of noise, I keep all my rodents in the room where I sleep and sometimes i feel like sleeping next to a highway... squeaking, burrowing, the sound of their wheels, squeaking again, my rats starting a little rumble in the jungle...:rolleye2:
And like you can see my rodent stock is rather small.

We used to keep all of our rats in our bedroom. Back when we had only 20 breeders or so... Anways, yes it is loud. We had a fan running all the time to drown out the noise, but they do almost always wake us up, even me who is a very heavy sleeper.

Luckily i seem to be a heavier sleeper than littleindiangirl ( Iknow I am, if I sleep I sleep, may the alarms ring or not... bad sometimes if I have to work early)But even though I am a little bit afraid of the next three rodent tanks for the weanlings, because my problem is to fall asleep, with all this rumbling going on...:(
