Personally, i'll be avoiding SYR until UPS actually changes its rules on shipping reptiles. Right now SYR has a "waiver" that hasn't been handed out to ANY of the UPS hubs, so its up to the hub whether they want to believe this so called waiver exists. Until such time as the official rules at UPS change, i'll only buy my reptiles if they are shipped fedex.
