    eMachines? Save yourself some trouble and money in the long run and get a new machine. Better, build it yourself if you can. Far better off than the proprietary machines.

    It's not my machine. It belongs to a friend at work. He doesn't need anything with any horsepower. He just wants to surf the internet and use his email. I'm going to go ahead a replace the mobo, RAM, and power supply. That should fix his problem and give him a faster machine. When I'm done the only thing that would be an Emachine would be the logo.
