Boston college refused to play in the Humanitarian bowl against Boise, because of the Smurf Turf. They wanted to move the bowl to California lol.

Instead we got the Poinsettia bowl.

i'm not really into sports, other than MMA. but everyone still has their favorite teams.

football - The Lions :tears:
Hockey - Redwings
baseball - don't care, gave up on that sport when they went on strike
basketball - not interesting to me really.

Boston College is frail. They lost my respect a long with the ACC, Miami, and VT with that trick they pulled a few years ago(was a WVU fan before I moved to SC) Good luck in the Bowl and I hate it that yall got snubbed by the BCS. As much as I hated Jared Zabransky and that STUPID zoro tattoo he had, I've always had a soft spot for BSU for some unknown reason. The man could run a statue of liberty play though

I am also a Virginia Tech fan. I am originally from Norfolk, I haven't lived there since I was a kid though.

My husband is from Boise as is his whole family.

We get snubbed a lot lol. It really sucks. Those guys work so hard.

My Father in law went to the Fiesta bowl when they played the Sooners. I will never forget that last play that Ian Johnson pulled off. My two kids who were 4 and 3 at the time started crying because my husband and his brother were screaming so loud the kids though their dad and uncle were fighting.
