tegus?

I had a gold tegu about 20 years ago and it never tamed up. Whipped me with his tail if i got too close to the cage.
Have you ever thought about bearded dragons? Im getting a couple leucistic ones this summer after i build the cage.
I had a rhino iguana for a few years. He was pretty tame. But they require lots of room and are escape artists just because of their sheer strength.

Gold tegus are renowned for not taming down. Argentine Black and Whites, or Arg. Reds are different(usually).
