How would you get a Axanthic Killer Bee

Easiest in terms of genetics and attainability was what I meant.....not in terms of "odds".

Most people making killerbee axanthics are going to do so het to het or maybe pastel axanthic to bee het axanthic....if anything simply because due to the sequencing of production people will have a possibility to produce killerbee axanthics sooner if they breed a het pairing instead of waiting until they have homozygous axanthic on both sides. :)

But I agree....if you just wanted to make them in sheer numbers with the best odds the best way would be something like a super pastel axanthic X a bee axanthic (or even a killer bee axanthic)

I am not looking to produce them in huge quanities, more to the point, I want to produce that ONE perfect one lol (doesn't everyone?) I saw a picture of an axanthic killer bee and fell in love. The more I see of the axanthic's the more I like them. I LOVE the photo JB constructions put up. OMG it was SO beautiful. I have a very limited amount of space so I have to keep my collection small. I don't want much just one axanthic killer bee, one high contrast albino, one perfect pastel and one perfect spider (lol that is not asking too much is it :D )

Since you've got the makings for a bee already I'd say picking up an axanthic female would be your most affordable and rational option of getting to an axanthic killerbee.

Then you can breed one of your homemade bees to your axanthic female when she becomes breedable and get some spiders, bees, and pastels het axanthic.

Then you breed a pastel het axanthic to a bee het axanthic until you hit on the odds :)

As with any big project it all depends on how many snakes you want to take care of to get there and how much you want to spend to "speed" things up in terms of when you produce it :)
