I think it looks great so far. My one nitpick (because errors of the English language are a pet peeve of mine) is that in the last sentence, there are two Ks on the end of "thank". :gj:

The transparency on the main banner that has CeraDigital and the spider and snake pic could use a little tweaking. Seems too faded/dark to me. Other than that I really like the style and layout.
Look forward to seeing it when you get further along! :gj:
