if you soak him long enough the skin should be easily removed. soak him overnight if you have to. just make sure that if youre going to soak him overnight, the water level is not higher than half the thickness of your snake this way there is no risk of it drowning. at this point it would seem that an overnight soak would be best for you and the snake, not only will the skin come off but it will come off easy. good luck.
