If I do bring him, he'll stay in his pouch/backpack until the very end. If you wanted to I could stay behind a bit after most of the people have cleared out for you to see him. I like to restrict his time out to less than 5 minutes every time he feeds since he's still so little. If he were with mom he'd be mostly in the pouch still anyway. Does it start at 7? I forgot what time, and it's still at the OKC Zoo, right?

Oh! It's this Thursday? I'm going to have to try to make it to that one. I always forget about them until it's too late. It would be fun to go and actually know someone there. Are you guys (Kasi, Richard, whoever from OK) going to go?

Ohmigosh! That is just tooo cute! I met a mature wallaby at a herp show in Pheonix a couple years ago. It was there on a leash with a harness. My daughter, Petra got to "walk" it around, but you can't really make it go where you want it to like you do a dog...it pretty much went wherever it wanted. LOL

Are you just fostering this one as a baby...or are you keeping it?

LOL ya, they definitely go wherever they want to when they're on a leash / harness. Try walking a 4 ft red Kangaroo! You're pretty much running the entire time lol:rofl:. I'm just fostering him until around january, then he's going back to the lady that 'owns' him (she's a friend of my boss' and has 3 other joey's at home, so she needed help raising a few). She's got a few contacts at zoo's world wide that he might go to, or he could very well stay here and be apart of our educational program. We have two adult wallaby's in our program, so he could definitely join that little mob if he stayed.
