Feeding multiples is fine. I have a snake who's a mouser and she wouldn't get enough prey if I fed her only one. Multiples are fine provided that the prey weight adds up to a correct amount. :)

X2 I feed multiple prey items as well :D

My BP's get between 2-3 mice each feeding and I feed every five days ;)

how does that work, feeding w/r to mass of prey?

It is recomended here to feed your snake 10-15% the snakes body weight. So 200 gram snake equals a total wieght of food in the 20-30 grem range. If you cannot wiegh your snake or prey, feed prey equal to your snakes girth. Here is a chart to give you an idea as to how much prey weighs. http://www.frozenfeeder.com/sizing.html

I have always had this question also. My baby Bee has solved it for me, she eats like clockwork one fuzzy every five days. I tried two mice but she won't eat two, and feeding before five day intervals she refuses as well. But on the day five she is aggressive when I offer the mouse, so for now I am sticking with the one feeder every five days.

Many will say to feed a hatchling every 7-10 days. Sounds like things are going well for you Gary.

I feed the little ones every 5 days until they reach about 300-400g :)

Our feeding schedule for the younger BP's is one appropriately sized prey item every 5 days until they hit about 200 grams. After that they go to one prey item every 7 days for the remainder of their lives. Depending on the prey item size compared to the snake, they may take two or even three in the case of big BP's and smaller african soft furred rats. You just have to get to know your snake and your prey items and you'll sort it out. For the longest time we were very rigid on the feeding schedules but now, with more time and experience, we're learning to "listen" more to each snake and adjust accordingly. :)

ok so I popped her on the scales when i got home. I got her 10/25 and she was at ~85g. Now she is at 149g (with a few mice in there). I checked the mass of a random frozen weanling in the bag and it was 14g so it is exactly in the 10-15% range, but not for long.
