If you purchase an annual publication of either DogsUSA or PuppiesUSA it is full of legitimate breeders for all breeds in existence. Most have websites today. Canada has it's own versions of the same yearly magazines. Any breed has specialized rescues in which neutered dogs may be obtained. English Bulldogs have lots of health problems and are consequently easily obtained from a rescue.
