    ok so should i get this 11'' flexwatt heat tape??? and the 11x11 ultratherm undertank heater? was thinking of getting them both along with the taylor digital thermometer which can humidity and the temp in the cage. this is what i have so far
    wire/clip/insulator set= 5.00
    11 in flexwat heat tape=3.40
    taylor digital thermometer=19.99
    ultratherm undertank heater=19.99

    any other suggestions here before i place my order?

    Yes, a thermostat! You can't run flexwatt by itself, you'll burn down your house. A thermostat is probably the most important and expensive thing you'll buy for any reptile. Anything cheap like a zoomed just wont cut it when it comes to blood care.

    ok i got those items ordered they should be here in a few days. my bloods name is mojo btw....so i took em oout of the cage the other day turns out he isnt sick doesnt have scale rot(thank god)....he was just getting rdy to shed. thing is the shed skin didnt come out in one long piece it was all compressed in a wierd ball? im guess thats from the humidity right? another question how do i post pics? got my camera rdy just need to know how to post them and they will be up later tonight.

    just an update i did some tweaking to my current cage set up got mojos hot side to 90 constant cool side at 80 he has a hide box at both ends of the cage humidity is at70 constant that should be good till all my new equipment arrives right?

    another quick question i seen a post about a do it yourself temp control set up you could buy the parts from home depot or what ever it allows you to control how hot or cold your heating pads are. i cant seem to find the post now. if anyone knows how to find it please let me know i tried using the search option but was un able to find it.

    Hi,

    Well the first thing is to get your pics hosted somewhere online.

    you can put them in your gallery here - this tutorial is a bit old but the basic procedure is the same I think.

    And here is another one in video form that might also help.

    You can also use a site like http://photobucket.com/

    They should also have tutorials to help you.

    If you still have trouble just ask any member of staff and we will do our best to get you sorted. :gj:

    oh well that blows i thought the picture was bigger than that...ill have to figure out how to get this phone to take bigger pics. anyway ill post better ones when moj isnt so cranky. thanks for all the help im new to all this forum stuff...you guys have been great!
