Like Adam said above, do the parents know anything about keeping a snake? etc etc.... Also do they have a herp vet on hand if another snake they get, gets sick instead of just letting it suffer and die? I would not get a 8 year old or a new herp owner a hatching BP. Sometimes it's better to start off with a older one who doesn't have any issues.
To be completely honest, I'm not 100% sure that they are going to be the 100% perfect snake parent. I know that the girl is going to really care for it (by care I mean love it) and I'm sure her parents will be doing to rest. I'm sure that any time any one of you sells a snake you ALWAYS make sure that they are well educated and go to their houses to check out their set-ups. I'm just asking to hear from someone that is interested in selling a snake. ;)

Well, two things..
If they thought something was wrong, why didn't they take it to the vet?
Secondly, I don't think this is appropriate for this section of the forum.
Seems like a request for an animal, and that should be in the Wanted/For Sale Section.
