    Chicken broth is frequently recommended. It did not work with my bp though.

    Ball pythons are ground dwelling ambush predators. They may take an occasional bird should the opportunity arise, but they would never be a major food source for them.

    No idea about the chicken broth but I'm going to try the KFC trick this weekend. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

    Im not sure of the ingredients in chicken broth but i imagine there are oils and such that i wouldnt want my snakes eating, again, i dont know for sure, but im not willing to try. Personally, chick down would be a safer alternative to broth for getting picky eaters to eat.

    as long as there are no preservatives and or MSG it would be fine.

    not necessarily. im sure there is a all natural brand. or you can just make it your self. chicken stock + water + salt. and boil. its pretty basic stuff.

    for example this lo sodium one looks good http://www.amazon.com/Campbells-Sodi.../dp/B000H136GM canned items dont require preservatives, thats the purpose of the can, and MSG additive generally isnt used. and is more or less harmless. the salt factor of the MSG is what i d worry about.
