    That could be a big enough difference in resistances to cause the temperature difference. I would try putting the cooler one on top. Either way the temps seem OK if you don't do anything.

    Although without units on that resistance I'm not really sure what it means.

    well, thanks everyone for the help. It seems the problem was my probe placement in the racks. Got it taken care of now with a 1 degree difference in the racks. It's always the simple things isn't it? :)
