I have Freedom Breeder racks and I love them. However, since setting them up and moving my collection into them, I have decided to move the larger girls (and the snakes in shed) back to 20 gallon long tanks. I can't get the humidity up past about 60% in the racks, so I'm also setting up a "shed tank". I have a bunch of plexiglass tops cut to fit into the recessed tank tops. Some have lots of holes drilled in them and others have much fewer holes in them so I can adjust the humidity just by changing the tops. It is so much easier for me to control humidity in the tanks. It's also a whole lot easier removing a refused rodent from a tank than from a tub. No matter how many racks I have I will always keep several tanks set up for tricky sheds and picky eaters. And I love the added benefit of viewing my snakes out playing each night.
