Which is a lot of info in your case :8: :bolt:
Re: What all do you keep track of?
I myself keep track of feeds (color, size, and sex offered) Shed, poop, weight, cleaning, if I add or change something. Check and track temps and humidity before work and before bed daily or every other day (to ensure no equipment failures), and the activity of the snake. Water dish soaks, e.c.t
I guess pretty much everything. I dont really use a chart, I just keep a notebook next to the enclosure and write very detailed observations... This may seem a bit much to some ppl but what can I say... I'm an over protective parent. :)
Then again for now I only have the one snake.

I don't use cards. I use those steno tablets of paper and each snake has their own. This way, I'm not keeping track of a million loose cards for one snake nor do I have index card boxes stacked up! Spiral steno pads do the job nicely for me :)
I had checked out keeping track of things via an on-line program, but writing things down is far easier for me and uber accessible whenever I need it.
Re: What all do you keep track of?
I've been using Degei to keep track of everything. It's great because all you have to do is, like Jenea said, point and click at whatever it is you have to track. It allows you to track breeding, rack locations, feeding, shed, poopin, measurements, feeder inventory, and a ton of other stuff. It's a great program and if you only have a few snakes the free version is awesome :gj:
Re: What all do you keep track of?
I use the card that came with my spider from Tim and Monica.
Feeds
Prey Item
Shed date
Weight
Re: What all do you keep track of?
I used to keep track of everything...feeds, sheds, poops. Now I dont keep track of anything. LOL
Re: What all do you keep track of?
generally, i have a card under or by the cages, and i mark down when i feed them - size of prey - if they ate or refused.
and then sheds, cause i never catch the date they go blue,
and weights when i randomly weigh them - the bps that is... none of the other snakes stay on the scale... :D
when i fill the card, enter the info in an excel sheet...
specific programs take to long for me...

Ummm - yeah what he said :weirdface
The only thing that I really keep track of is feeding and mostly just for the babies. Or the snakes in rescue that might be having problems.
Otherwise if something odd is going on with a snake I'm going to know it before some card will tell me. :rolleye2:
Re: What all do you keep track of?
I use Degei, love it. I just take notes of who did what while I'm down in the basement caring for them, then enter it all into the program when I come back upstairs. One of my favorite features is how it keeps track of feeding rotations and feed items for me. I can print out a list for any given day and then just go pull feeders from the freezer.
